You will need an Arkansas small game license and federal duck stamp, and either a state duck stamp or non-resident waterfowl permit.

  • Ammunition - must be steel, tungsten, bismuth, or other non-toxic material
  • Chest waders - camoflage
  • Coat - camoflage and water-proof
  • Cooler - for transportation of your birds home
